Operational
All services and hardware nodes are fully functional and responding optimally within standard parameters.
Degraded performance
The service is online and accessible, but experiencing minor latency, high resource usage, or performance drops.
Interruption
Total or partial network outage. The service or node is currently unreachable or failing health checks.
Under maintenance
Scheduled or emergency engineering work is underway on the node, rack unit, or cluster infrastructure.
